Company History

It all started with a high school job that sparked a lifelong passion. In the summer of 1977, Dieter Folk worked part-time at his father’s roofing company and fell in love with roofing: serving customers, providing quality craftsmanship and creating safe, stable employment opportunities within the community.

Dieter founded his own roofing company in 1991 and in 1999, the business installed its first solar energy system.

Dieter remains integrally involved in the business, personally ensuring that you are cared for from start to finish when you choose Citadel for your home improvement, commercial or construction project.
