We are looking for a mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of forklifts, reach lifts, and other equipment. This is a full-time position based in Vacaville; however, it will travel where our equipment needs you (throughout Northern California).  

Are you a skilled mechanic with equipment troubleshooting experience? Do you thrive on the freedom of working in different locations every day? We have an excellent opportunity for a  knowledgeable Mobile Mechanic to join our team! 

Description: 

• Travel to locations to perform on-site routine maintenance. 
• Communicate effectively, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs. – Mechanic tasks may entail oil changes, filter replacements, etc. 
• Maintain the company’s equipment and van, keeping it in excellent working condition and cleanliness. 
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions to management

Qualifications

•  Ability to perform physical tasks, like lifting heavy equipment or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods. 
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel independently. – The ability to explain complex mechanical issues in layman’s terms. 
• A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
