Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to excel on our growing New Construction Solar Team! 

The Business Operations Analyst will support the New Construction Solar Sales & Operations teams in day-to-day CRM user administrative support, key forecast & metric reporting, and maintaining overall business data integrity. Working closely with internal stakeholders in various departments, the Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining department dashboards and regularly performing quality audits & business process review for the New Construction Sales & Operations Department. 

Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Review, Training & Data Quality Audits:
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop and/or enhance operational workflows, both within CRM and external platforms (MS Excel, 3rd Party Platforms, etc).
  • Regular Audits and Reviews of Project Data, perform cleanup/updates as needed.
  • Process Documentation, including Training Materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions where needed.
  • CRM SME and User Administrative Support:
  • Dashboard Setup, Modification & Maintenance.
  • Report building & distribution, including both recurring & ad hoc requests.
  • Data Importing (Adding/Editing CRM data in bulk when required).
  • Supporting daily user questions/requests. Troubleshooting issues, documenting and funneling tasks to CRM Development team as needed.
  • CRM User Setup/Login support.
  • Solar Shade Analysis Report Creation:
  • Support the creation of shade reports uUtilizing 3 rd party modeling software.
  • Find better ways to create shade reports; support the shade simulation specialists.
  • Job Costing Review & Support:
  • Work with Sales Ops & Field Ops to identify Project Budget discrepancies.
  • MS Excel SME, supporting team with more complex reporting needs:
  • Forecast Reports
  • Material Pulltag tool
  • Performance Metrics
  • Department Workflow Analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA not required)
  • 3+ years experience working within a CRM user support role
  • General Construction industry experience required, Solar PV a plus
  • Experience in writing detailed business processes required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience conducting any level of user training is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative group environment
