Citadel Roofing and Solar is a well-established fast growing fully integrated roofing and solar company with more than 30 years of contracting experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction homebuilders and homeowners throughout Northern, Central, and Southern California. We are looking for an experienced, results and safety driven Commercial Solar Superintendent with proven experience. This position is based in our Sacramento office but will require daily jobsite visits throughout Northern California. This is a full-time position.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a solid Superintendent that will oversee all New Homes communities Citadel serves within a certain geographic region. In close coordination with the homebuilder superintendents, the Solar Superintendent sets the schedule for the Crews and ensures an on-time, high quality and safe solar and possibly home battery installations in multiple new construction communities.

The Superintendent builds and maintains close working relationships with the builder superintendents and the other trades on the job site, and understands all specifics and requirements of each community, jurisdictions, codes etc.

At Citadel, both the Crews and the Commissioning Field Techs report to the Superintendent, creating a powerful, fully enabled Field Team that meets builder requirements and responds to field challenges quickly and efficiently.

This role performs at the intersection of the well-organized Citadel New Construction Backoffice and the professional new construction field environment in close cooperation with homebuilders and the other trade partners on the job site.
