Responsibilities:

• Pull inventory for each job
• Pre-assemble job material. 
• Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware. 
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment. • Communicate and document job completion. 
• Make sure the job site is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project. 
• Additional duties required as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 1-2 years of solar installation experience preferred but not required. Candidates with construction, roofing, or electrical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in solar or electrical systems are a plus. 
• Licensing: Electrical Trainee Card or willingness to obtain it is a plus. 
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. 
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. 
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
